San Miguel de Cruilles[2] was een benedictijnenklooster, gebouwd in het midden van de 11e eeuw. Het ligt in de regio Bajo Ampurdán in Catalonië.
Het werd gedocumenteerd in het jaar 1057, waarin gravin Ermessenda het samenvoegde met het Piemontees klooster van San Michele della Chiusa. Het bezat het klooster van Sant Genís de Rocafort en de parochie van Santa Eulalia de Cruilles sinds het jaar 1144. Tijdens de oorlog van de Remensas in 1485 werd het geplunderd. In het jaar 1592, toen er in het klooster niemand meer was dan de prior en een monnik, voegde paus Clemens VIII het toe aan het klooster van San Pedro de Galligans.
