Die Kirche San Juan Bautista, allgemein bekannt als Kirche San Juan, ist ein altes katholisches Gotteshaus im überwiegend gotischen Stil, das sich in Miranda de Ebro, Provinz Burgos, Autonome Gemeinschaft Castilla und León, Spanien, befindet. Ihr aktueller Zustand ist ruinös.
Die erste dokumentarische Erwähnung der Kirche San Juan stammt aus dem Jahr 1229 anlässlich der Einigung zwischen Mauricio, Bischof von Burgos, und Juan, Bischof von Calahorra, wonach die Kirchen von Miranda und Umgebung abwechselnd zu dem einen oder anderen Bistum gehörten.
