De kerk van San Juan Bautista, algemeen bekend als de kerk van San Juan, is een oude katolieke tempel in een overwegend gotische stijl, gelegen in Miranda de Ebro, provincie Burgos, autonome gemeenschap van Castilla en León, Spanje. De huidige staat is ruïne.
De eerste documentatie over de kerk van San Juan dateert uit 1229, naar aanleiding van de overeenkomst tussen Mauricio, de bisschop van Burgos, en Juan, de bisschop van Calahorra, waarbij de kerken van Miranda en omgeving al dan niet toebehoorden aan een van de twee bisdommen met jaarlijkse afwisseling.
