Die heutige Pfarrkirche Santa María la Mayor in Uncastillo, einer Gemeinde in der Provinz Saragossa der spanischen Autonomen Region Aragonien, wurde im 12. Jahrhundert errichtet. An den romanischen Bau fügte man im 15. Jahrhundert einen gotischen Glockenturm an und im 16. Jahrhundert den Kreuzgang und die Sakristei im Stil der Renaissance. Im Jahr 1931 wurde die Kirche als Baudenkmal eingestuft.
