San Nicolás de Gerona ist eine romanische Kapelle in der spanischen Stadt Gerona, die aus dem 12. Jahrhundert stammt. Sie befindet sich neben der Kirche des Klosters San Pedro de Galligans.
Ihre Existenz ist für das Jahr 1134 dokumentiert. Ihr Bau ist etwas später als der von San Pedro de Galligans, obwohl ihr unterer Teil etwas älter erscheint und vielleicht von einer dort zuvor errichteten kleinen Kirche stammt. An diesem Ort gab es einen hochmittelalterlichen Friedhof, sodass es sich um eine Grabkapelle handeln könnte, die aus einem monumentalen Grab errichtet wurde.
