San Nicolás de Gerona is een romaanse kapel in de Spaanse stad Gerona die dateert uit de 12e eeuw. Het bevindt zich naast de kerk van het klooster van San Pedro de Galligans.
Het bestaan ervan is gedocumenteerd in het jaar 1134 [2] De bouw ervan is iets later dan die van San Pedro de Galligans, hoewel het lagere gedeelte iets eerder lijkt te zijn en misschien afkomstig is van een kleine kerk die daar eerder was gebouwd. Op deze plek was er een vroege middeleeuwse begraafplaats, dus het kan een grafkapel zijn geweest die is gebouwd vanuit een monumentaal graf.
