Die Schlacht bei Salamanca am 22. Juli 1812 war ein wichtiger Sieg der alliierten Truppen aus Großbritannien und Portugal unter dem Oberbefehl Wellingtons gegen die französische Armee unter dem Oberbefehl Marschall Marmonts. Sie fand in der Nähe der Hügel der Arapiles südlich von Salamanca in Spanien statt und wird daher in Frankreich auch „Schlacht an den Arapiles“ genannt.
