Der Platz von Quintana ist ein symbolischer Platz im Zentrum der Stadt Santiago de Compostela, der durch die Zusammenführung der Südseite der Kathedrale von Santiago, dem Casa da Parra, dem Kloster San Paio de Antealtares und dem Casa da Conga gebildet wird.
Er ist durch eine Treppe unterteilt, die die sogenannte Quintana de Vivos auf der oberen Ebene von der Quintana de Mortos trennt. Er wurde im 16. Jahrhundert nach der Entscheidung des Rates, den mittelalterlichen Friedhof der Quintana de Mortos in einen öffentlichen Platz umzuwandeln, um 1611 vom Meister Francisco Fernández de Araújo und im Auftrag des Kanonikers der Kathedrale José Vega y Verdugo erbaut. Bei denselben Arbeiten wurde auch die östliche Fassade der Kathedrale mit einer Mauer als Sichtschutz geschlossen, die das Hauptschiff und die Apsidenkapellen verdeckte.
