Eine echte kulturelle Wiege wie Arcos kann nicht ohne ein Theater auskommen, das zwar klein in der Kapazität, aber groß in der Qualität der Aufführungen ist.
Das Theater befindet sich in der Nähe der Plaça Boticas. Es wurde 1993 nach einer wichtigen Restaurierung von Ihrer Majestät Königin Sofia eingeweiht.
Es wurde zwischen 1910 und 1912 unter der Schirmherrschaft des Círculo de la Unión der Stadt gebaut, der sich die Zusammenarbeit, Pläne und Studien seiner Mitglieder zunutze machte. José Olivares Veas und Mr. Manuel García Soria, daher der Name des Theaters.
