Una vera culla culturale come Arcos non può fare a meno di un teatro piccolo per capacità ma grande per qualità delle sue rappresentazioni.
Il teatro si trova vicino a Plaça Boticas. Fu inaugurato da Sua Maestà la Regina Sofia nel 1993 dopo un lungo restauro.
Fu costruito tra il 1910 e il 1912 sotto gli auspici del Círculo de la Unión della città, che beneficiò della collaborazione, dei progetti e degli studi dei suoi membri. José Olivares Veas e il signor Manuel García Soria, da cui il nome del teatro.
