Die ersten Statuten der Bruderschaft wurden am 19. Oktober 1954 unter der Schirmherrschaft von Sant Cristòfor Mártir aufgrund ihrer Verbindung mit der Transportzunft genehmigt. Am Palmsonntag 1955 feierte diese Bruderschaft ihre erste Prozession, damals allein mit dem mysteriösen Wagen, in dem sie, wie der Titel der Bruderschaft selbst sagt, den Leidensweg darstellt , in dem Unser Herr von König Herodes verleugnet wird .
