Der Col du Pin-Bouchain war der erste Pass, der in der ersten Tour de France 1903 angefahren wurde und nicht der Ballon d'Alsace, wie oft behauptet wird. Der Pass liegt in einer Höhe von 759 m. Später wurde dieser Pass nie wieder angefahren.
