Die Gare de Poitiers ist ein wichtiger Bahnhof in der französischen Stadt Poitiers, im Département Vienne und der Region Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Der Bahnhof liegt an der Bahnlinie Paris–Bordeaux. Er wurde in den 1850er Jahren erbaut.
Eine breite Palette von Bahnverbindungen bedient Poitiers, darunter TGV Atlantique-Dienste von Paris Montparnasse nach Bordeaux. Weitere Bahnverbindungen verkehren unter der Marke Transport express régional und fahren von Poitiers nach Angoulême, Tours, Limoges, Niort und La Rochelle. Der Bahnhof wird auch von einem TER-Busdienst nach Parthenay und Nantes bedient.
