La Gare de Poitiers è una importante stazione ferroviaria nella città francese di Poitiers, nel dipartimento della Vienne e nella regione della Nuova Aquitania. La stazione si trova sulla linea ferroviaria Parigi–Bordeaux. Fu costruita negli anni '50 dell'Ottocento.
Un'ampia gamma di servizi ferroviari serve Poitiers, inclusi i servizi TGV Atlantique da Parigi Montparnasse a Bordeaux. Altri servizi ferroviari operano sotto il marchio Transport express régional e collegano Poitiers ad Angoulême, Tours, Limoges, Niort e La Rochelle. La stazione è inoltre servita da un servizio autobus TER per Parthenay e Nantes.
