Het Gare de Poitiers is een belangrijk treinstation in de Franse stad Poitiers, in het departement Vienne en de regio Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Het station ligt aan de spoorlijn Parijs–Bordeaux. Het werd gebouwd in de jaren 1850.
Een breed scala aan treinverbindingen bedient Poitiers, waaronder TGV Atlantique-diensten van Parijs Montparnasse naar Bordeaux. Andere treinverbindingen opereren onder het merk Transport express régional en rijden van Poitiers naar Angoulême, Tours, Limoges, Niort en La Rochelle. Het station wordt ook bediend door een TER-busdienst naar Parthenay en Nantes.
