Chareil-Cintrat ist eine zentralfranzösische Gemeinde mit 359 Einwohnern im Département Allier im Norden der Region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.Die nahe beieinanderliegenden und ehemals selbständigen Orte liegen etwa 500 Meter vom Flüsschen Bouble entfernt in der fruchtbaren und waldreichen Landschaft des Bourbonnais in einer Höhe von etwa 280 Metern ü. d. M. Die Stadt Moulins befindet sich ca. 38 Kilometer nördlich; die Stadt Clermont-Ferrand liegt etwa 72 Kilometer südlich. Zur Gemeinde gehören mehrere Weiler und Einzelgehöfte.
