Umgeben wird La Chapelle-Blanche von den Nachbargemeinden Villaroux im Norden, Détrier im Osten und Nordosten, Le Moutaret im Südosten, Saint-Maximin im Süden und Südwesten, Laissaud im Westen sowie Les Mollettes im Nordwesten.
