Umgeben wird Millières von den Nachbargemeinden Consigny im Norden, Ozières im Nordosten, Thol-lès-Millières im Osten, Longchamp im Osten und Südosten, Mennouveaux im Süden und Südwesten, Ageville im Südwesten, Esnouveaux im Westen sowie Forcey im Nordwesten.
