Umgeben wird Neschers von den Nachbargemeinden Plauzat im Norden, Coudes im Nordosten, Sauvagnat-Sainte-Marthe und Chadeleuf im Osten, Pardines im Süden und Südosten, Chidrac im Süden sowie Champeix im Westen.
