Carrépuis ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 268 Einwohnern im Département Somme in der Region Hauts-de-France. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Montdidier und zum Kanton Roye.Carrépuis liegt in Nordfrankreich, 100 Kilometer nordöstlich von Paris, 44 Kilometer südöstlich von Amiens, dem Hauptort der Region Picardie, und 32 Kilometer nördlich von Compiègne. Nachbargemeinden von Carrépuis sind Gruny im Nordwesten, Balâtre im Nordosten, Roiglise im Süden und der Kantonshauptort Roye im Südwesten. Das Gemeindegebiet umfasst 550 Hektar. Die mittlere Höhe beträgt 90 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel.
