Das Heiligtum der Unsere Liebe Frau von Lourdes ist ein Gebiet rund um die Grotte von Massabielle im französischen Wallfahrtsort Lourdes.
Das Gebiet wird von der Kirche verwaltet und hat verschiedene Funktionen, einschließlich religiöser Übungen, Unterkünfte für kranke Pilger und ihre Helfer. Das Gebiet umfasst die Grotte, verschiedene Kirchen, darunter drei Basiliken. Man kann dort auch Wasser aus der Lourdesquelle erhalten und darin baden. Das Heiligtum hat sechs offizielle Sprachen: Französisch, Englisch, Italienisch, Spanisch, Niederländisch und Deutsch.
