Das Château de Betz befindet sich in der Gemeinde Betz-le-Château im Département Indre-et-Loire. Das Château ist seit dem 21. April 1937 als historisches Monument eingetragen.
Gilles de Betz, der erste bekannte Herr, war wohl der Erbauer der Festung. Seine Familie behielt die Herrschaft von Betz bis 1503, dem Jahr der Heirat von Renée de Betz mit François Couhé de Lusignan, der somit Herr von Betz wurde. Die Lusignan besaßen das Land bis Anfang des XVIII. Jahrhunderts.
