Der Tunnel von Pouilly-en-Auxois oder die Gewölbe des Burgundkanals ist ein 3.333 Meter langer Kanal-Tunnel, der sich in Pouilly-en-Auxois und Créancey in Côte-d'Or befindet und von den Wasserstraßen Frankreichs verwaltet wird. Der Burgundkanal, der 1775 begann, verbindet die Yonne mit der Saône. Die Wasserscheide zwischen dem Einzugsgebiet der Seine und dem der Rhône liegt in der Region Pouilly und ist durch die morvanisch-vosgische Schwelle gekennzeichnet. Es ist übrigens in Pouilly, im langen Tunnel von 3.333 Metern Länge, dass der Kanal von einer in die andere wechselt. Mehr als sieben Jahre lang gruben Bergarbeiter diesen Tunnel.
