Die Humanistenbibliothek in Schlettstadt gehört zu den bedeutendsten kulturellen Schätzen des Elsass. Ein Ausspruch lautet: Das Elsass besitze drei große Schätze: das Straßburger Münster, den Isenheimer Altar in Colmar und die Humanistenbibliothek in Schlettstadt.
Eigentlich handelt es sich dabei um zwei Humanistenbibliotheken: die Bibliothek der Humanistenschule und die Privatbibliothek des berühmten Gelehrten Beatus Rhenanus.
