Die École nationale de la magistrature ist eine französische Hochschule, die für die Aus- und Weiterbildung der französischen Richter und Staatsanwälte, der Magistrature, zuständig ist. Sie wurde 1958 unter dem Namen Centre national d'études judiciaires im Rahmen einer großen Justizreform per Gesetz gegründet und 1970 in ihren derzeitigen Namen umbenannt. Sitz der Schule ist Bordeaux, wo die zukünftigen Richter ausgebildet werden. Schwerpunkte einer Pariser Außenstelle sind die Richterweiterbildung und internationale Beziehungen. 90 Prozent aller aktiven französischen Richter haben die ENM absolviert, dazu kommen rund 3000 ausländische Richter, die an der ENM eine Aus- oder Weiterbildung absolviert haben.
