Das seit 1992 einzige Relais & Châteaux-Hotel im Médoc liegt in der Nähe der Gironde-Mündung und des Atlantiks auf der Route der Bordeaux-Schlösser und ist dafür bekannt, dass es ein Erlebnis auf dem Gipfel der Lebenskunst bietet, das Exzellenz und Gastlichkeit miteinander verbindet. Das Herrenhaus ist ein elegantes Kartäuserkloster, dessen Ursprung auf das 17. Jahrhundert zurückgeht und das von den Weinbergen der Besitzer, der Familie Cazes, umgeben ist. Cordeillan-Bages verfügt über achtundzwanzig helle Zimmer und Suiten auf dem Hof und im Garten, mit Swimmingpool, Sauna und Fitnessraum. Die schlichte Dekoration, die Raffinesse und der Komfort tragen zur Gelassenheit des Ortes bei.
