Wir bieten Ihnen ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit hausgemachtem Gebäck und Marmeladen. Auf Vorbestellung können Sie abends auch unseren Gästetisch genießen. Bei uns können Sie die Spezialitäten des Périgord entdecken: Confits, Rillettes, Pasteten, Foie Gras und Gänsemagen. Im Winter stellen wir unsere eigenen Entenkonserven her. Sie werden auch die alten Rezepte unserer Großmütter entdecken: Schwarzwurzeltorte, Kaninchen in Verjus, Spargelragout, Sarladaises-Kartoffeln, Nusstorte... Wir sind seit fünf Generationen im Périgord verwurzelt, kennen unsere Region und werden Sie bei Ihren Besuchen begleiten.
