También descubrirá las antiguas recetas de nuestras abuelas: tourtière con salsifíes, conejo con verjus, guiso de espárragos, patatas de Sarlatan, pastel de nueces... Anclados desde hace 5 generaciones en el Périgord, conocemos nuestra región y le guiaremos en sus visitas.
