Die Technische Universität Compiègne im nordfranzösischen Compiègne ist eine Grande école und die erste Technische Universität Frankreichs.
Die Gründung erfolgte 1972 nach dem Vorbild der amerikanischen Universität Pennsylvania gegründet. Wie die beiden anderen Technischen Universitäten in Belfort-Montbéliard und in Troyes, ist die TU Compiègne eine Mischung zwischen einer Ingenieurhochschule und einer herkömmlichen Universität.
