Entdecken Sie dieses erstaunliche musikalische Erbe in der Kathedrale Saint Etienne, einem Meisterwerk der Gotik: Ihr Kirchenschiff ist von atemberaubender Schönheit, erreicht eine Rekordhöhe und beherbergt eine überraschende Schwalbennest-Hängeorgel (Triforium-Orgel), die 1537 von Jehan de Trèves erbaut und 1981 von Marc Garnier im Stil der niederländischen Renaissance rekonstruiert wurde.
Erwähnenswert sind auch das außergewöhnliche Instrument von europäischer Bedeutung in Saint Martin (Nollet 1777) und die symphonische Orgel von Notre Dame (Mutin 1903, in einem Nollet-Gehäuse von 1734). Die neogotische Holzverkleidung ist aus lackierter Eiche gefertigt; die Prospektpfeifen sind aus Zinn mit aufgesetzten Wappenschildern im Rundbogen und Ohren.
