Das Fort de Condé ist ein sehr schönes Beispiel für die Militärarchitektur des ausgehenden 19. Jahrhunderts. Unweit des Chemin des Dames, zwischen Laon und Soissons, gehört dieses historische Bauwerk zu dem Verteidigungssystem, das General Séré de Rivières nach der Niederlage von 1870 erdacht hatte. Es steht in der Tradition der französischen Befestigungsanlagen von Vauban bis Maginot. Im Ersten Weltkrieg wurde sie teilweise zerstört. Sie sollte 600 Männer, ihre Offiziere, Pferde und Munition beherbergen. Stürmen Sie die aus Quadersteinen errichtete Bastion...
