Il Forte di Condé è un ottimo esempio di architettura militare della fine del XIX secolo. Non lontano dallo Chemin des Dames, tra Laon e Soissons, questo monumento storico appartiene al sistema di difesa progettato dal generale Séré de Rivières dopo la sconfitta del 1870. Fa parte della tradizione delle fortificazioni francesi da Vauban a Maginot. In parte distrutto durante la prima guerra mondiale, era stato progettato per ospitare seicento uomini, i loro ufficiali, i cavalli e le munizioni. Salite su questo bastione costruito in bugnato... Sentieri, arboreto, area picnic e panorama vi aspettano! Visita autogestita, audioguidata, con guida su richiesta.
