So kann der typische Cidre de Thiérache Ihren Gaumen erfreuen. Mit dem Pommel können Sie einen süßen und fruchtigen Aperitif entdecken und das Confit de Cidre wird Sie mit seinen subtilen Aromen überraschen. Meine Produktionen sind die folgenden: Cidre de Thiérache, Pommel, Péti'pomme, traditioneller Apfelsaft, Confit de Cidre, Cidre-Essig und Apfelgelee. La Folie Douce, Aperitif mit roten Früchten aus Thiérache. In einem kleinen Laden vor Ort können Sie von weiteren lokalen Produkten profitieren.
