Le Clos de la Fontaine Hugo is one of the last cider mills in Thiérache. I offer a guided tour of the cider house, followed by a tasting of my products. The typicality of Thiérache cider will delight your taste buds. The Pommel will allow you to discover a sweet and fruity aperitif and the Confit de cidre will surprise you with its subtle aromas. I produce the following products: Cidre de Thiérache, Pommel, Péti'pomme, traditional apple juice, Confit de cidre, cider vinegar and apple jelly. La Folie Douce, a Thiérache red fruit aperitif. A small store on site lets you buy other local products.
