Der Strand von Miramar wird von Stammgästen besucht, die sich hier wegen des Charmes und der Ruhe eines geschützten Ortes treffen. Achtung: Bei rauer See und hohem Koeffizienten ist die Strömung stark und kann aufs offene Meer hinaustreiben; beim Auflaufen kann der Shorebreak heftig sein.
Der Zugang zum Roche Ronde (Schutzgebiet für Seevögel) und zum Strand Bernain (Erdrutschgefahr) ist nicht gestattet.
Aus hygienischen und gesundheitlichen Gründen sind Hunde an allen Stränden von Biarritz das ganze Jahr über verboten. Blinden Personen, die von einem Blindenhund begleitet werden, wird jedoch eine Ausnahmegenehmigung erteilt, wenn sie dem Leiter der Rettungsstelle ihren Behindertenausweis vorlegen.

Vom 01.06. bis 30.06.: Vigie von 12:00 bis 19:00 Uhr
Vom 01/07 bis 31/08: Aufsicht von 10:30 bis 19:30 Uhr
Vom 01/09 bis 30/09: Vigie von 11:00 bis 18:00 Uhr
