Der Strand von Uhabia liegt südlich des Ortskerns von Bidart, in der Nähe des Strandes Plage du Centre. Der Strand von Uhabia liegt zwischen typisch baskischen Häusern und einem Hügel und wird vom gleichnamigen Fluss durchflossen. Er ist ein breiter Sandstrand, der größte der Gemeinde, aber auch der zugänglichste.
Er trägt das Label Handiplage und ist von Mitte Juni bis Ende Oktober bewacht.
Hunde sind während der Bewachungszeit nicht erlaubt.
Sie können ihn mit dem Fahrrad über die Vélodyssée erreichen, zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad über den neuen Voie Verte, der entlang des Flusses Uhabia verläuft und zahlreiche Campingplätze anfährt, oder auch mit dem Bus von den Haltestellen "Plage" oder "Uhabia".
Der Strand verfügt außerdem über zwei große Parkplätze (vom 15. Juni bis zum 15. September gebührenpflichtig): einen ersten in der Rue des Tamaris und einen zweiten in der Avenue d'Espagn
