Het Uhabia-strand ligt ten zuiden van het centrum van het dorp Bidart, vlakbij het strand van Centre. Gelegen tussen typisch Baskische huizen en een heuvel, wordt het Uhabia strand doorkruist door de gelijknamige rivier. Het is een breed zandstrand, het grootste van de stad, maar ook het meest toegankelijke.
Het heeft het label Handiplage en staat onder toezicht van half juni tot eind oktober.
Honden zijn tijdens de bewakingsperiode niet toegestaan.
U kunt er met de fiets komen via de Vélodyssée, te voet of met de fiets via de nieuwe Voie Verte die langs de Uhabia loopt en vele campings aandoet, of met de bus vanaf de haltes "Plage" of "Uhabia".
Het strand heeft ook 2 grote parkeerterreinen (betalend van 15 juni tot 15 september): een in de Rue des Tamaris en een tweede in de Avenue d'Espagne.
