La spiaggia di Uhabia si trova a sud del centro del villaggio di Bidart, vicino alla spiaggia del Centro. Situata tra le tipiche case basche e una collina, la spiaggia di Uhabia è attraversata dall'omonimo fiume. È un'ampia spiaggia sabbiosa, la più grande della città, ma anche la più accessibile.
Ha il marchio Handiplage ed è sorvegliata da metà giugno a fine ottobre.
I cani non sono ammessi durante il periodo di sorveglianza.
È possibile raggiungerla in bicicletta attraverso la Vélodyssée, a piedi o in bicicletta attraverso la nuova Voie Verte che costeggia il fiume Uhabia e serve molti campeggi, oppure in autobus dalle fermate "Plage" o "Uhabia".
La spiaggia dispone anche di 2 grandi parcheggi (a pagamento dal 15 giugno al 15 settembre): uno in Rue des Tamaris e un secondo in Avenue d'Espagne.
