Für ein sicheres Training gibt es für jedes Gerät einen Anleitungsbogen. Darin sind die auszuführenden Übungen, die betroffenen Körperteile und der Schwierigkeitsgrad je nach Zielgruppe (Jugendliche, Erwachsene, Senioren, Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität) detailliert aufgeführt.
