Dieser 1.000 m² große Hangar, eine ehemalige Motorradwerkstatt, wird jeden Freitag und Samstag von Mitternacht bis 7 Uhr morgens mehrere hundert Personen beherbergen. Um das zu schaffen, wird die Einrichtung "ein in Frankreich und vielleicht sogar in Europa einzigartiges Konzept mit einer Show mitten in einem Nachtclub" anbieten Der Ort ist wie eine Arena aufgebaut, in deren Mitte sich eine riesige, 13 Meter lange und 2 Meter breite Bühne befindet, auf der die "Performer" von 2 Uhr bis 5 Uhr in 10 Bildern auftreten werden.
