Der Bau dieser Kirche begann 1530 und wurde 1742 abgeschlossen. Sie steht unter dem Schutz des Heiligen Sebastian, einem römischen Märtyrer aus dem 3. Jahrhundert. Das Kirchenschiff weist eine schöne Regelmäßigkeit auf. In der Kirche befinden sich zahlreiche Kapellen, insbesondere die Kapelle St. Rochus oder die Kapelle der Jungfrau. Die Kirche von Villemoiron-en-Othe verdankt ihr Interesse und ihren Reichtum ihren prächtigen Grisaillefenstern.
