La costruzione di questa chiesa iniziò nel 1530 e fu completata nel 1742. È posta sotto la protezione di San Sebastiano, martire romano del III secolo. La navata presenta una bella regolarità. Numerose cappelle occupano la chiesa, in particolare la cappella di San Rocco o la cappella della Vergine. La chiesa di Villemoiron-en-Othe deve il suo interesse e la sua ricchezza alle sue magnifiche vetrate a grisaglia.
