Die im 17. Jahrhundert von François Mansart erbaute Kirche und das Kloster Val-de-Grâce sind historische Juwelen, die von Königin Anna von Österreich zur Geburt Ludwigs XIV. geschenkt wurden. Seit der Revolution ist das Kloster ein Militärkrankenhaus. Die Kirche beherbergt Skulpturen und Gemälde von Philippe de Champaigne, während ein Museum im Kreuzgang die Geschichte des militärischen Gesundheitsdienstes anhand seiner künstlerischen und medizinischen Aufgaben nachzeichnet. Ein Muss für alle, die sich für Geschichte und Architektur interessieren.
