Das Priorat von Saint-Arnoult ist eines der wenigen noch sichtbaren Beispiele für Fachwerk- und Lehmbauten aus dem späten 15. Die Ausrichtung der Fassade nach Osten und die Technik des doppelten Erkers auf Balken haben dazu beigetragen, dass die Schnitzereien der Flügel hervorragend erhalten sind. Die Qualität und die Feinheit der Skulpturen zeigen, dass sie eher von einem Künstler als von einem Ausführenden geschaffen wurden.
