Der Plage de la Digue ist ein breiter Strand, der, wie der Name schon sagt, durch einen Damm gekennzeichnet ist, der die Grenze zu unseren Nachbarn im Baskenland bildet. Es handelt sich um eine unglaubliche Betonmauer (1 km), die die Mündung des Adour (Zugang zum Handelshafen) schützt und einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Küste der Landes (im Norden) und das Baskenland (im Süden) bietet.
Dieser Strand wird nur im Juli und August überwacht. Empfang für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität (Tiralo).
