Le plage de la digue est une vaste plage caractérisée comme son nom l'indique, par la présence d'une digue, frontière avec nos voisins du Pays Basque. Il s'agit d'un incroyable mur de béton (1 km), qui protège l'estuaire de l'Adour (accès au port de commerce) et offre un superbe point de vue sur côte landaise (au nord) et le Pays Basque (au sud).
Cette plage est surveillée uniquement en juillet-août. Accueil PMR (tiralo) sur demande.
