Traditionelles baskisches Bauernhaus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, das komplett renoviert wurde.
Das Haus liegt an der Flanke eines Hügels, ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und bietet einen Blick auf das Dorf Saint Pée sur Nivelle, den Fluss Nivelle, die Berge und die Rhune.
Obwohl das Bauernhaus an einer ruhigen Straße liegt, ist es 300m vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und die Geschäfte sowie die Arzt- und Krankenpflegeschule sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Nutzer des Anwesens kann von einem bewaldeten Grundstück mit einem 5 Hektar großen Primärwald profitieren, zu dem auch ein rauschender Bach mit Wasserfällen gehört.
