Das neue Haus wurde auf einem 4000 m² großen Grundstück in einem Airial am Rande des Landes-Waldes errichtet. Dieses Haus wird Sie wegen seiner Umgebung, seiner Ruhe und seiner Nähe zu den Stränden des Ozeans begeistern.
Unser Haus liegt 1 km von der Stadt entfernt, am Ende der asphaltierten Straße und direkt am Waldrand, wo Sie mit Ihren Kindern in aller Ruhe Fahrrad fahren oder spazieren gehen können.
Außerdem liegt es ideal in der Nähe von:
- 10 Minuten von den Stränden der Landes (Messanges, Vieux Boucau ...), die für das Surfen bekannt sind, sowie von den Badestellen, die in der Sommersaison von Rettungsschwimmern überwacht werden.
- 10 Minuten von den Seen Azur-Soustons entfernt, wo man Wassersportarten ausüben kann (Segeln, Windsurfen ...)
- 10 Minuten von den Golfplätzen von Moliets im Norden, Seignosse und Hossegor entfernt
