The new house is built on a 4000 m² plot in an airial on the edge of the Landes forest. This house will seduce you with its peaceful setting and proximity to the ocean beaches.
Our house is located 1 km from the village, at the end of the asphalt road and on the edge of the forest, where you and your children can enjoy cycling or walking in complete peace and quiet.
What's more, it's ideally located:
- 10 mn from the beaches of the Landes (Messanges, Vieux Boucau...), well known for surfing and for bathing under the supervision of lifeguards during the summer season.
- 10 mn from the Azur-Soustons lakes for water sports (sailing, windsurfing...)
- 10 minutes from the golf courses of Moliets to the north, Seignosse and Hossegor
