Im Herzen der Schlösser des Katharerlandes am Fuße des Pic de Bugarach laden wir Sie auf unserer schattigen Terrasse oder in unserem klimatisierten Saal dazu ein, die Aromen unserer Region und die kulinarische Tradition unserer Gegend zu entdecken. Unsere Spezialitäten: Poularde mit Morchelsauce, Wolke aus dem Unterholz und Kartoffeln, Ochsenbacke, Boles de Picoulat, Cassoulet, Lammschulter, Entenbrust...
die Speisekarte wird alle drei Monate geändert.
Alles ist hausgemacht, Gemüse hauptsächlich aus unserem Garten.
Außerordentliche Öffnungszeiten für Gruppen möglich.
